Description
A platform with a powerful Freescale i.MX 6Solo processor containing the ARM Cortex A9 - 1 GHz core. It has 1 GB of RAM and hardware HD video decoding units. By default, the board is equipped with Android operating system, which starts up after connecting 5V power supply to standard DC connector. The manufacturer also allows to change the system to a specialLinux distribution.After switching on the basic functions of the minicomputer, the following will be useful: power supply,HDMI cable (toconnect to the screen) and pointing devices: keyboardandmouse.
RiotBoard has a wide range of peripherals, among others: a power supply, an HDMI cable (to connect to the screen) and pointing devices: keyboard and mouse:
- Ethernet 10Mb/100Mb/1Gb with RJ45 connector - enabling the module to connect to the Internet.
- 4 High Speed USB type A (computer) sockets to connect external devices
- HDMI 1080p connector - to connect the screen
- Analogue 3.5 mm audio jack sockets - to connect headphones (speakers) and microphone
- Slots for SD and microSD cards
