Description
Wi-fi module, based on ESP8266. On board are goldpins soldered with board, 11 GPIO ports with support for I2C and SPI. An additional advantage is the built-in voltage converter on the lines of the UART interface. Thanks to USB converter, you only have to download the Arduino software and use IoT.
The product is compatible with Arduino In GitHub, you can findthe Arduino library
Thanks to the voltage regulator integratedon the lines of UART communication interface (RX, TX) and the RESET, the user needs no additional systems to connect the module with Arduino. |
ESP8266 module works with a maximum voltage of 3.6 V, if the project requires a larger voltage, near the USB connector, is a place for pins, to which can be soldered, for example, a 2-pin JST connector for theLi-Pol battery charger. Pins support voltages from 3.3 V to 6 V.
Pins
The system has soldered goldpin connectors - 2.54 mm pitch. Distribution of the pins is presented in the table below.
Interfaces
Pin | Description |
---|---|
GND | The mass of the system. |
3V3 | Voltage of 3.3 V. |
2 | 2 GPIO, SDA - it can be used as GPIO 2 or I2C communications of data pin. |
14 |
14 GPIO, SCL, SCLK - it can be used as GPIO 14, clock pin of I2C communication or SCLK. |
RST | Active low reset of output. Board, on this pin, has a built-in resistor 10 kΩ. |
TX | GPIO 7, TX - output data. |
RX | GPIO 8, RX - data output. |
5V | Powered USB, if connected, the pin will supply 4.8 V approx. |
NC |
Not connected. |
GND |
The ground of the system. |
Connectors of input/output
