Description
ModuleSparkX Qwiic GOING MPU-9250is9-axis inertial navigation unit (IMU). It has thegyroscope's, accelerometer's and magnetometer'sfunction. You can use it for making self-balancing robot or even the autopilot for the airplane/drone. ChipMPU-9250performs the role ofa 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometerand the systemAK8963, of a 3-axis magnetometer. In regard of the previous version of the module (EOL MPU-9150), it has 44% less energy consumption, and in the case of most of the competing modules up to3 times more accurate gyroscope and 4 times larger scale of the magnetometer. This was achieved mainly due to the16-bit analog-to-digital converter.
SparkX Qwiic GOING MPU-9250for communicating, usesI2C interfacewith standard address of 0x68 or 0x69. In addition, available is also pinFSYNC allowing for synchronization of frames andINT, giving the possibility to programmatically control the interrupt. The manufacturer offers two libraries of Arduinoand sample source codes.
