Product description: Wio RP2040 Mini Onboard WiFi - board with RP2040 microcontroller - Seeedstudio 102991555
Seeedstudio Wio RP2040 small development board based on Wio RP2040 module equipped with WiFi connectivity. The powerful wireless communication chip supports frequencies from 2.4 to 2.4835 GHz and Ap&Station mode. The board uses the Thonny code editor used by Raspberry Pi Pico, which allows you to adapt your existing Pi Pico project to the Pico IoT version with a few simple lines of code.
Communication on the Wio RP2040
The development board offers the possibility to use popular communication interfaces. On the Wio RP2040 you will find 28 GPIO pins (19 support PIO and PWM), 2 x UART, 4 x ADC, 2 x SPI and 2 x I2C. Some pins can be multiplexed, e.g. GP12 and GP13 with I2C, SPI, UART functions. The microcontroller is equipped with a USB type C socket, used for power and data transfer. There are also two LEDs on the board. One informs about the power supply of the Wio RP2040, while the other is user controlled (connected to pin GP13).
Main features of Wio RP2040
- Dual core 133 MHz RP2040 processor with 264 KB SRAM and 2 MB Flash
