Description

The rapid development of amateur electronics can be attributed to the emergence of drivers such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi. By combining them with various sensors, it is possible to create very useful electronic devices that enable reading of physical phenomena occurring in the surrounding environment.

The book presents 20 different ideas for using such sensors as light, temperature, distance and many others. During reading the reader will learn how to read and react to data sent by the sensors. He will learn how to build sensor systems using Arduino microcontroller. At the end, he will learn about building projects based on Linux operating system, which cooperates with popular Raspberry Pi mini-computer.

Thanks to the information contained in this book you will learn how:

  • use the temperature sensor
  • react to changes in lighting
  • use a FlexiForce sensor
  • to create an even more advanced electronic circuit
