Sensors
Based on the principle of Hall-effect sensors detect the magnetic pulses on a rotating target located at the rear of the engine. With the quadrature sensors allow you to measure with a resolution of 64 pulses per revolution of the motor shaft. After the reducer is the appropriate number of times.
Conclusions:
- Red-power engine
- Black -power engine
- Green-potential sensor ground
- Blue-the sensor supply (3.5 V-20V)
- Yellow-output And sensor
- White-out B encoder
The figure shows the signal from both channels of the sensor. The signal B is shifted in phase relative to signal A by 90 degrees.
