Connection
The module has 20 pins displayed on both sides of the board. The set does not containgoldpin strap, pitch of 2.54 mm, it must be purchased separately and self-soldered.
Pin | Description |
---|---|
Section UART | |
DTR | Pin switches ESP8266 system into bootloader mode. |
TX0 | Transmitter of the serial UART interface, pin 7 of the ESP8266 chip. |
RX0 | Receiver of the serial UART interface, 8 pin, ESP8266 chip. |
3V3 | By default, this pin does not power the ESP8226 system, to use it, solder the jumper on the back side of the board. |
NC | Not connected - it has to be left disconnected. |
GND | The ground of the system. |
Section I2C | |
GND | The ground of the system. |
3V3 | Output of 3.3 V. |
SDA | The data line of the I2C bus or pin GPIO2 of the ESP8226 system. |
SCL | Clock line of the I2C bus or pin GPIO14 of the ESP8226 system. |
Section GPIO / ADC | |
GND | The ground of the system. |
VIN |
|
5 | GPIO5 of the ESP8226 system connected to the LED. |
0 | GPIO0 of the ESP8226 system. |
4 | GPIO4 of the ESP8226 system. |
