Communication systems for the Internet of Things

Module formats
Itbrain Power's module formats are compatible with popular development boards such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi. This ensures simple integration into typical embedded systems that are used by hobbyists, but take increasingly by professionals, especially for prototype or short-run devices. Thanks to software compatibility - equivalent to drivers or integration in Arduino ecosystem, modules provided by ItbrainPower allow to easily add new functionalities to designed devices.
Wide selection of GSM modems
In Botland store you will find many GSM modems produced by Itbrain Power. They differ in many features - compatibility with development modules, types of supported wireless interfaces as well as other available functions. The most basic of modules allow only for data transfer using GPRS, but the more advanced ones allow sending short text messages (SMS) or even making audio calls. Dedicated modems for NB-IoT networks are also available.
Additional IoT communication interfaces
In addition to the ability to communicate over cell phone networks, Itbrain Power modules are sometimes equipped with other wireless interfaces that allow information to be sent and received. An example of such an interface would be Bluetooth, which is used to communicate with devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers. Equipping an Internet of Things system with such a transceiver allows to easily establish a connection with such devices, which simplifies building, for example, control systems in home automation devices.
Global positioning system receivers
Some of Itbrain Power devices offered in Botland store are additionally equipped with satellite receiver, allowing to use global positioning systems such as GPS or GLONASS. This allows the device to track its position with high precision. Such a combination of functions - GPS and GSM connectivity - allows to easily set up a module to track e.g. vehicle position, which is used e.g. in delivery logistics systems, etc.
