Multi camera adapter module v2.2 - hub for cameras for Raspberry Pi 4B/3B/3B+
Hub for connecting Raspberry Pi to four cameras simultaneously. Unlike the previous version of the adapter, the new version for Raspberry Pi can support not only 5 Mpix camera modules, but also 8 Mpx. Up to four cameras can be connected to the hub simultaneously. The hub is connected to the CSI connector on the Raspberry Pi board. The V2.2 version of the hub supports support for 360° cameras, macrophotographic cameras as well as cameras for IoT applications. The cameras connected to Hub 2.2 work in a sequential way, i.e. it is possible to display images from a single camera at the same time. Hub version 2.2 is compatible with Pi 3B, Pi 3B+ and Pi 4B tiles. The set includes the Hub and a multi-wire tape terminated with a CSI connector.
Possibility to use a camera splitter for the Raspberry Pi
The Hub Multi camera adapter module v2.2 can support up to four cameras simultaneously. Apart from most Raspberry Pi models available on the market, the hub can also work with Arduino UNO R3, Arduino MEGA 2560 R3, Beagle Bone Black Rev. C and other embedded platforms equipped with SPI and I2C communication interfaces. Multi camera adapter module v2.2 can be used, among others, to build a small video surveillance system on buildings, as well as during detailed recording of natural phenomena.
