Description
The sensor used to detect fire. It is powered with the voltage from 3.3 V to 5.3 V. The range of the detected wave is from 760 nm to 1100 nm. The output is an analog voltage and a digital signal which changes the status when exceeding a given threshold using the potentiometer. The device operates in temperatures from -25 °C to 85 °C.
Despite the fact that the module detects a fire, it has not the fire protection. It has to be mounted in the safe distance from the fire to prevent the damage of the board. |
Sensor maintenance
The sensor has a digital output, the sensitivity level of which can be adjusted using the integrated potentiometer.
