Cleaning uneven, delicate and hard to reach surfaces using traditional methods is ineffective or even impossible. A traditional cloth will just wipe away the dust, and dampening it with water is not an option in many cases. Also, cleaning nooks and crannies with a fine brush can be a very difficult task, as the bristles will only push the dust from higher up into the crevices between them. Such situations are common when vacuuming computer motherboards, among other things. The only effective method for cleaning complex devices and components is with compressed air.

The fastest way to clean up dust
What could be between the keys of our computer keyboard? If we were to look at the dirt under high magnification, in addition to dust and dirt, we would also find bits of skin, hair from our pets, or food crumbs. All of this debris is small enough to get under the keys and also into the computer fan, for example, creating clumped, felted lint. Compressed air (in condensed form) can push them out of these nooks and crannies with tremendous force, making it easier to thoroughly clean your hardware. The application of this cleaner is very convenient. It has the form of a spray closed in a can similar to the appearance of paint, and in some models also equipped with a precise tip-dispenser. With a capacity of 300 to even 600 ml, the compressed air will last for a long time.
Necessary safety precautions
The great advantage of compressed air is that it is almost completely odourless and, unlike many liquid cleaners, does not leave streaks or marks. When using compressed air to blow out equipment, it is important to make sure that the equipment is turned off and is cool (so it's better to spray the keyboard or cooling grille before you work on the computer than after). The second safety measure is to protect your eyes and respiratory tract from the direct effect of the spray (remember that it is not pure air, but air with a necessary admixture of propane-butane, among other things). It is also worth noting that as a result of physical processes occurring when the gas expands, its temperature is significantly reduced. Therefore, remember to hold the can of compressed air with the bottom down and avoid long application of air in one place - the cool gas will then condense and form a damp layer on the cleaned surface.
Other spray gases for vital applications
In our store you will find three other sprays with very practical purposes. The first of them - Freeze with a temperature as low as - 550 C - will allow you to test the quality of soldering connections. Cooled elements after reconnecting the board will not work properly or will not work at all if there were errors during soldering. Another useful product is a gas leak tester, necessary when installing and servicing gas-powered networks and appliances. The carbon monoxide CO sensor tester, on the other hand, is very important for the safety of people who do not have a carbon monoxide detector at home.
