List of products by brand TermoPasty
Reagents and finished chemical products belong to the basic equipment of every prototyping lab, electronics service and even the home workshop. As in every field of technology, quality plays a key role in this segment as well. If you are looking for chemicals for electronics, which you can trust - you have come to the right place. We would like to invite you to get acquainted with the products of a Polish company AG TermoPasty, which - as if in spite of its name - already offers a much wider assortment than just high-quality thermal conductive pastes. However, as it was with them that the brand started its popularity on the market, it is worth presenting the offer of products from this group first.

Currently AG TermoPasty offers several groups of thermally conductive products in the form of pastes, adhesives or pads. The classic application of pastes of this kind is facilitating the removal of heat from computer processors to heat sinks. In such applications metal based pastes turn out to be particularly useful - copper, silver or even gold particles significantly improve thermal parameters of pastes and allow to achieve high value of heat transfer coefficient even exceeding 2.8W/mK (AG Gold version). A special type of thermal conductive paste is a product based on diamond dust (AG Diamond Brush), for which the aforementioned coefficient reaches values above 4 W/mK, and the operating temperature range reaches from -40oCto 300oC. Cheaper, popular silicone pastes are suitable for typical applications in consumer electronics or low- and medium-power power supplies, as well as LED lighting or air conditioners (they offer heat transfer coefficient of 0.88 - 1.5 W/mK, although AG TermoPasty HPX thermal conductive paste reaches high conductivity values of 2.8 W/mK, i.e. reaches the efficiency of gold-based paste. An interesting representative of thermally conductive products of the Polish manufacturer is AG TermoGlue. It is perfect for fixing heat sinks on integrated circuits, transistors or rectifier bridges that cannot be screwed down or fixed with a clip. The adhesive is also perfect for fixing thermals and temperature sensors. Its high elasticity and adhesion make that the product holds well even on uneven surfaces.
Chemistry for the production and assembly of printed circuit boards
AG TermoPasty also offers a range of products covering virtually all stages of PCB prototype production. Starting with "immortal" sodium persulfate B327, which is the most popular copper etching agent, through universal developer for photochemical production of PCBs, preparations for currentless tinning of tracks and fluxes in liquid, spray, pen and gel, to varnishes for PCB protection - the offer of AG TermoPasty covers all the issues connected with the assembly of PCBs. The company neither escapes tradition (offering the most classic flux - colophony in a convenient metal can) nor shies away from innovation, constantly expanding its assortment of high-class chemicals for electronics engineers.
AG TermoPasta products in Botland offer
In our offer you will find a number of well-known and popular fluxes from Polish manufacturer. For basic applications, in particular servicing and soldering of soldered parts, we recommend colophony in 20g, 40g and 100g cans. For manual precision soldering of SMD components of any gauge, we recommend fluxes in liquid (the well-known and popular "no clean" flux RF800), gel (very convenient to use, proven especially for lead-free soldering) and in the form of ergonomic pen(AG TermoPasty Flux Pen TK83). If, on the other hand, you are looking for a comfortable to use soldering paste, choose one of the products from EasyPrint series in leaded version (Sn62 Pb36) or unleaded, compliant with the latest RoHS directive (Sn96.5 Ag3 Cu0.5). We also recommend a preparation for the chemical, currentless tin pl ating of copper, sold as a powder in 90-gram packages.
