Product description: Cytron Maker Mini Sumo - robot controller
The mini sumo robot controller is compatible withArduino Nano/Unobecause it is based onthe ATmega328P microcontrollerand can be programmed usingArduino IDE. The module is poweredfrom 7 V to 18 V DC, the power input is protected against reverse polarity. The cover allows to power two DC motors operating from 7 to 18 V, with current consumption up to 6 A.
Outputs Cytron Maker Mini Sumo - robot controller
The board is equipped with screw connections, which reduces the risk that one of the wires may fall out due to an impact. The board has 5 digital inputs to connect distance sensors, 2 analogue inputs to connect the Dohyo overrun sensors and a digital inputtowake up the controller. Additionally, the board has an output for servo and 2 general purpose I/O ports, which can be used both as an analogue input and digital input/output.

Support for RC mode - Cytron Mini Sumo Maker - robot controller
The module supports the possibility of remote control by means ofRCequipment. To do this, connect the receiver to the additional pins on the board, this ensures full control over the robot's movements. The manufacturer has prepared a sample code for control. The receiver and the control equipment must be purchased separately.
The apparatus and the receivershould be purchased separately.
Troubleshooting problems with the Cytron Mini Sumo Maker Robot Controller
The controller is designed for quick fault diagnosis and configuration, thanks to the built-in buttons it is possible to test the connection of motors without the need to write a code. Built-in LEDs and a potentiometer allow for a very simple adjustment of the sensor range.
The board has a programmable piezo buzzer.
