Description
The sensor is used to determine the acceleration and magnetic field. The measurement of these quantities is made possible by a 3-axis accelerometer and magnetometer and the passive elements necessary for the correct operation of the system. The integrated regulator allows powering the module with any voltage from 2.5V to 5.5V.
The popular I2C bus (TWI) is used for communication with the central unit. The outputs are popular goldpin connectors, which allow the sensor to be connected by wires or directly connectedtothecontactplate.
Product compatible with Arduino The manufacturer has prepared a librarythat makesthe moduleeasy touse for users of Arduino sets. |
The excerpts
The sensor has nine leads for mounting goldpin-type connectors - 2.54mm raster (included). We can solder the strip on request.

Dimensions
The outline of the system shall be contained in a rectangle of dimensions: 23 x 13mm The overall thickness does not exceed 3mm. There are two holes with an internal diameter of 2.2mm.
Diagram
The system contains a voltage regulator and the passive elements necessary for proper operation.
I2C bus (TWI)
The device addresses are 7-bit. The magnetometer has a fixed device address 0011110. The youngest bit of the accelerometer address can be configured using line SA0_A(001100x). By default, it is pulled to ground (0011000). To change the value of the youngest bit, pull the line up to supply voltage using the jumper on the back of the module.
The system includes two voltage regulators (3V and 1.8V), filtering capacitors, pull-up resistors (e.g. I2C bus lines).
