Epoxy resin is a popular material used in 3D printing (SLA, LCD technologies, etc.) and in many other areas. Naturally, it is a colorless material, so the objects and light-cured prints created using it are transparent.
The easiest way to achieve a colorful effect is to paint the finished elements after they have dried. However, this solution can be problematic because even good quality paint may crumble and fall off after some time, and it is very difficult to achieve satisfactory results on more complex shapes (e.g. small details, openwork parts of structures or laminates).
