Saving filament and reducing waste
To remove the previously used filament from the nozzle, MMU3 uses a cleaning tower - a compact, partially empty block in which the nozzle is emptied of residual material. All the filament goes to one place, so you don't have to worry about pieces of plastic accumulating around the printer. Other ways to save filament and reduce waste are cleaning on the filling - the removed material is used as filling and cleaning on the model , where a separate print is formed from the filament remaining in the nozzle.
