The HyperPure system utilizes a three-stage filtration process to ensure maximum air purity. The first stage is a 1µm sintered nano-PE filter , responsible for removing 99% of moisture, oil, and dust. The second stage utilizes a 0.1µm borosilicate fiber filter with two-stage Lydall technology, resulting in 99.99% contaminant reduction. The final 0.01µm filtration stage achieves 99.999% oil and dust removal efficiency, leaving less than 0.01 ppm of oil particles in the airstream. This rigorous cleaning process is crucial to maintaining perfect edge quality and protecting the optics in MetalFab systems.

Compressor compatibility and interoperability
The xTool Selected Air Dryer doesn't generate air on its own—its job is to dry and purify the compressed air supplied by the compressor . Although the device is designed for the xTool compressor , it is possible to connect the dryer to your own compressor from another brand , as long as it meets certain technical requirements. It is crucial that the inlet air temperature does not exceed 50°C , the pressure is lower than 12.5 bar (1.25 MPa) , and the flow does not exceed 400 l/min . Using the dryer with an external compressor with pressure above 10 bar allows for the full performance of the SaveGas nozzle . Meeting these parameters ensures safe operation and full filtration efficiency, and protects the device from damage.
