The Raspberry Pi 4 + Media Center HAT does not quite fit into this case. I pushed them into it, but it doesn't look like a fitting solution. In addition, I had to widen one hole in the housing, because it did not fit into 2 HDMI connectors. It looks somehow and I do not need to enjoy it, but I have to take 1 star :)
