Shield for Arduino board made by DFRobot company. It extends the capabilities of Arduino by adding Ethernet communication and PoE module. It allows users to connect Arduino to the network using RJ45 cable. The module is based on the W550 chip, which provides a wired TCP / IP connection. The W5500 has a built-in 32-kilobyte internal memory buffer for processing Ethernet packets. This is much faster and easier than using any other Embedded Ethernet solution. In addition, there is also a microSD memory card slot on the board.
