How to replace FEP foil?
- Remove the tank: First, remove the empty resin tank from your 3D printer.
- Unscrew the screws : remove the 14 screws holding the steel frames in the resin tank
- Separate the steel seals : remove the old FEP film and prepare a new one
- Install the new film : place the new film between the steel frames without stretching it too much
- Secure the screws : Re-secure the 14 screws, making sure the foil is mounted evenly
- Trim the edges : remove excess film and make sure it is clean and scratch-free
Remember to remove the protective film from both sides of the FEP film immediately before installation.
