Reverse engineering has become a fact
3D scanners are widely used in many industries and in smaller design studios. Manually "removing" the dimensions and geometry of difficult, unusual details was often an obstacle to accurate reproduction of the object in the CAD program. In such situations, the sequence of activities is somewhat different than in normal design - because we have an object, and the digital 3D model still needs to be recreated. 3D scanners cope with such challenges quickly and guarantee precision.
