New extruder
The innovative direct extruder, Nextruder , has many new features, and the auxiliary "LoveBoard", located inside it, ensures quick and easy replacement of parts such as thermistor, fan or heater. In addition, Nextruder uses Quick-swap nozzles and has a Hall sensor that detects the end of the filament.
The perfect first layer
Obtaining a perfectly level table is a real challenge for 3D printers. Fortunately, the Prusa MK4 has a strain gauge built into the head that carries out this process automatically. The nozzle touches the table and moves over the grid of measurement points, measuring the distance and calculating the correct offset. The result is a perfect first coat on any surface, with no manual adjustment required.
