The PCB mounting grid is a proposition from Adafruit that is an alternative to standard prototype boards , which allows you to quickly connect peripheral devices and development modules. The mesh is made of a single-sided PCB with an aluminum core, which makes it electrically and thermally conductive at the same time. It consists of twenty squares measuring 15 x 15 mm, with mounting holes every 3 mm, which allow for the arrangement of components with an accuracy of 0.1 mm . Moreover, the mesh can be freely cut or subjected to other processing, such as drilling and bending.
