Product description: 3D printer - Original Prusa CORE One - self-assembly kit

Original Prusa CORE One is a modern, fully enclosed 3D printer designed for precision and high-quality prints. The metal construction, stable CoreXY kinematics and chamber temperature control up to 55°C enable printing even from the most demanding materials. Equipped with a modern extruder - Nextruder with 360-degree cooling , it ensures perfect reproduction of details and minimized overhangs. Thanks to the Input Shaper technology, print profiles for over 200 filaments and a high-flow nozzle, CORE One achieves high printing speeds without losing quality. The closed design and optimized chamber space allow for efficient reaching of the required temperature, eliminating the problem of material warping. The printer is fully compatible with MMU3 , which allows for multi-color printing. Thanks to Prusa Connect and the Prusa app, you can manage printing remotely, and the intuitive 3.5'' LCD touchscreen makes it easy to use. CORE One also offers the possibility of expanding with optional accessories , such as a USB Type-C camera, advanced HEPA filtration or GPIO Hackerboard. This version of the printer is intended for self-assembly .

The Prusa CORE One has an all-steel exoskeleton.

Closed chamber with active temperature control

Prusa CORE One has a fully closed chamber that allows you to maintain a stable temperature during printing. Thanks to the active temperature control system , the interior of the chamber can reach up to 55°C , which prevents warping of materials such as ABS , ASA , PC or Nylon . The intelligent ventilation system allows you to print PLA even with the door closed, eliminating the risk of overheating prints.

Steel exoskeleton

The printer's construction is based on a steel exoskeleton that provides maximum stability and vibration reduction. during printing. Thanks to this extremely rigid housing, the CORE One can operate at high speeds without losing precision. What's more, the housing is designed to be easy to replace parts and perform maintenance , which increases the printer's lifespan.

Modern Nextruder extruder with 360° cooling

Extruder - Nextruder is equipped with a 10:1 planetary gear , which ensures precise and smooth filament feeding without the risk of clogging. The unique 360-degree cooling system guarantees better print quality, allowing printing overhangs with an angle of up to 75° without supports . Additionally, the all- metal construction of the filament path ensures compatibility with high-melting temperature materials such as PC or Nylon.

High speed printing with Input Shaper and High-Flow nozzle

Thanks to the Input Shaper technology, the printer automatically compensates for vibrations , which allows for increased printing speed without loss of quality . The standard Prusa Nozzle High-Flow CHT 0.4 mm nozzle is optimized for high extrusion efficiency, reducing printing time by up to 30% compared to standard nozzles. Pre-configured profiles for over 200 filaments guarantee perfect settings for different materials without the need for manual calibration.

CORE One is compatible with MMU3 , which enables multi-color printing.

Compact size and large work area

Even though the Prusa CORE One takes up 50% less space than the MK4S in the case , its build volume is 30% larger , measuring 250 x 220 x 270 mm . This makes the printer suitable for both home workshops and professional print farms . The well-thought-out design of the case provides easy access to the printer's interior and optimizes the filament changing process, which increases user convenience and streamlines work.

Full integration with Prusa Connect and mobile app

The printer is fully compatible with Prusa Connect , which allows you to remotely monitor and control the printing process over the network. The Prusa App allows you to quickly transfer G-code files and monitor the printer's operation in real time . Additionally, thanks to the built-in LAN port and detachable WiFi module , you can customize the communication method to your needs, including working offline .

MMU3 support - multi-color prints without material loss

Prusa CORE One is fully compatible with MMU3 , which allows printing in five colors or materials at once . The innovative filament retraction system allows for minimal waste , meaning you don't have to worry about large amounts of unused filament. Thanks to the compact cleaning tower , filament changes are quick and efficient, which significantly improves the quality of multi-color prints.

Possibility of expansion with additional accessories

CORE One offers the option of expanding with an optional camera that allows you to monitor prints in high resolution . For advanced users, a GPIO Hackerboard module is available, which allows you to control additional devices via G-code commands . In addition, the printer can be equipped with an advanced HEPA filtration system that reduces particle emissions and improves air quality when printing with materials such as ABS or ASA.
