The ceramic hotend for the Creality Ender-3 V3 KE 3D printer is designed to increase 3D printing performance while maintaining thermal stability. The ceramic heater surrounds the heating block 360° , improving heat transfer efficiency, shortening heat-up time, and ensuring a more uniform temperature during operation. It enables material flow rates of up to 32 mm³/s , enabling print speeds of up to 500 mm/s (test data for a 0.4 mm nozzle at 240°C). The all-metal construction and thin-walled titanium-copper alloy heatbreak improve thermal insulation and control the filament melt zone. The kit includes two nozzles with a copper body and a hardened steel tip . The nozzle's inner surface has a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 for smoother material feeding and reduces the risk of blockages.
