The IR laser enables precise marking, blackening, and engraving of high-contrast details , while the diode module is responsible for cutting and 3D relief in organic materials . A maximum operating speed of up to 6000 mm/s significantly increases order fulfillment efficiency. This solution combines mobility with parameters similar to larger stationary systems.
Versatile operation and serial production
The standard working area of the device is 115 x 115 mm , which is suitable for personalizing small elements such as key rings, medallions or nameplates. With the optional Slide Extension, the work area increases to 115 x 400 mm , enabling the processing of long workpieces and the production of multiple details in a single run. The maximum workpiece height is 120 mm , and with the use of separately available rotary attachments, cylindrical workpieces up to 120 mm in diameter can be engraved. The device can cut plywood up to 15 mm and acrylic up to 12 mm in multiple passes. These parameters allow for the combination of individual customization and short production runs.
The 5W IR laser produces durable and contrasting markings on gold, silver, stainless steel and titanium, while the 15W diode laser allows for cutting in wood up to 15mm thick.
