0.25 mm nozzle for E3D V6 - 1.75 mm filament - original Prussian
Brass nozzle with working diameter of 0,25 mm dedicated for hotend head type E3D V6. It is an original part for 3D printers by Prusa. The nozzle can work with a filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm. Maximum working temperature of the nozzle is 300°C. The nozzle was designed to ensure the highest accuracy of the print, creating smooth, non-abrasive layers of material.
Nozzle replacement in 3D printer Prussia
In order to replace the nozzle in the Prusa 3D printer, the first thing to do is to heat the replacement nozzle. To do this, set the nozzle temperature to 285°C. While heating the nozzle, remove the filament cartridge from the extruder. For easier access to the nozzle, it is recommended to set the printer head in the upper position (Z axis). Gently loosen the heater block so as not to damage the heating wires. Then, by locking the heater block, unscrew the nozzle using a 7 mm hexagon socket screwdriver. Be careful - the heater block and nozzle may be hot. Screw in a new nozzle by immobilizing the heater block. In the final stage, tighten the heater block.
