Product description: Double-sided textured PEI overlay - for Snapmaker Artisan 3D printer
The double-sided PEI overlay was designed specifically for the Snapmaker Artisan printer, offering a textured surface on both sides , ensuring exceptional first-layer adhesion and stability, even with large models. The textured PEI surface reduces warping, improves print quality, and eliminates the need for additional adhesives. After printing , simply gently bend the plate and the model will release automatically —without risk of damage to the print.
Main features of the overlay
- Double-sided textured work surface : ideal for large, functional models requiring high grip
- Convenient model removal : flexible steel allows you to easily detach the print by slightly bending the plate once it has cooled down
- Artisan Compatible : Perfectly matched to the Snapmaker Artisan heating platform system
- Heat resistance : both sides can be heated to temperatures up to 110°C
- Fast heating : high thermal conductivity shortens the heating time of the work table
Advantages of double-sided PEI board
Both sides of the plate have a textured surface, ensuring high first-layer adhesion even for large, complex, and functional models. This design minimizes the risk of prints peeling and significantly improves their quality. The textured PEI plate facilitates working with filaments with higher shrinkage, reduces warping, and eliminates the need for additional adhesives. To maintain the longevity of the surface, it is recommended to remove the print only after the platform has completely cooled and to exercise caution when using hand tools .
