Connecting the switch
Installing the Sonoff ZBMINIR2 switch is quick and intuitive. Disconnect the power supply , then connect the phase (L) and neutral (N) wires to the appropriate screw terminals of the device. An external switch can be connected to the S1 and S2 terminals - e.g. a rocker, bell or SPDT - depending on the installation needs. After mounting the switch in the box and reconnecting the power supply, simply pair it with the selected ZigBee gateway (e.g. Sonoff ZigBee Bridge, Philips Hue, SmartThings) using the mobile app. The configuration process takes only a few minutes.
