7-layer CryoGrip Pro construction
The overlay is constructed of 7 advanced layers . The core is 580 HV spring steel , coated on both sides with base and protective coatings. The top layer is a porous oleophobic polymer that attracts filaments at the molecular level, ensuring excellent adhesion without the need for heating or adhesives. The surface is self-cleaning and fingerprint-resistant .
Adhesion without heating
CryoGrip technology allows printing without the need for a heated bed. The surface provides excellent model grip at low temperatures and automatic release after cooling . Ideal for printing in closed chambers, where high temperatures can soften filaments. It also allows printing with an auxiliary fan on without worrying about drafts.
