Product description: RPLidar A3M1 laser scanner - 360 degrees - 25 m.
The RPLidar A3M1 is the next generation ofSlamtec's2D360°laser scanners. It can scan up to16,000 samples per secondwithin a range of 25 m. The typical scanning frequency is15 Hzwith an adjustablerange from 10 Hz to 20 Hz. The scanner can work both indoors and outdoors. It uses a serialUARTinterface for communication.
High sampling rate
The sampling rate determines the speed and accuracy of map creation. The RPLidar A3M1 has been enhanced with an internal optical design and algorithmic system to increase the frequency up to 16000times per second.
Sampling rate comparison.
Range up to 25 m.
Long range RPLidar A3M1 laser
The RPLidar A3M1 range algorithm update allows you to scan objects up to25m in lengthso that you can gather more information about the outline of the environment.
For indoor and outdoor use
The RPLidar A3M1 supports two modes:enhancedandexternal. In the enhanced mode, the laser operates at maximum range and maximum sampling rate for best mapping performance in an indoor environment. In external mode, the RPLidar operates with greater resistance to daylight interference. It maintains stable performance when detecting white and black objects.
360° Scanning
The scanner rotates 360° clockwiseandthen generates an environmental contour map.
The scanner operates in 360°.
Equipped with a brushless motor.
High-quality components
The RPLidar A3M1 is driven bya brushless motorthat reduces mechanical friction during operation. This ensures that the scanner does not generate noise during operation.
