Product description: 3D printer - Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga
The Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga is an industrial FDM 3D printer designed for large-scale technical prints, prototypes, and structural components. With a massive 800 x 800 x 1000 mm build volume, it enables printing single-piece models, significantly reducing production time and eliminating the need for component assembly. The device utilizes a 64-bit, quad-core 1.5 GHz RK3328 processor and the Klipper system , allowing for speeds of up to 300 mm/s while maintaining accuracy of ±0.1 mm . The segmented, four-zone PEI heating bed heats up to 100°C in about 17 minutes , and the advanced Direct Drive extruder with a dual gear system ensures stable filament feeding. USB, LAN, and WiFi connectivity ensure convenient print management.

With a build area of 800 x 800 x 1000 mm, the printer allows you to create large-sized models and also reduces the need to cut models into smaller sections.
Gigantic working area of 800 x 800 x 1000 mm - printing without limits
The OrangeStorm Giga offers an impressive build volume of 800 x 800 x 1000 mm , allowing for the completion of large-scale projects in a single print run. This large space eliminates the need to divide models into smaller parts and then assemble them. A stable construction with linear guides for the X and Y axes and four screws for the Z axis ensures high precision even at maximum print height. This solution is designed for industrial applications, prototyping, and the production of large structural components.
Printing efficiency and speed up to 300 mm/s with the Klipper system
High performance is ensured by a 64-bit, quad-core 1.5 GHz RK3328 processor, supported by Klipper software. The printer achieves speeds from 30 mm/s to 300 mm/s , with a recommended speed of 150 mm/s, while maintaining accuracy to ±0.1 mm . A maximum acceleration of 5000 mm/s² allows for reduced turnaround time on large projects without compromising quality. Quiet operation of the drives on all axes enhances user comfort in office and industrial environments.
Segmented 100°C heating table and precise cooling
The heated bed consists of four independent PEI platforms , each measuring 410 x 410 mm , reaching temperatures up to 100°C . The entire surface can be heated to 100°C in approximately 17 minutes at an ambient temperature of 25°C, and the system also allows for independent control of a selected segment to optimize energy consumption. The brass nozzle reaches temperatures up to 300°C , allowing for printing PLA, PETG, TPU and nylon. A dual-sided cooling system with 5015 and 4010 fans ensures even cooling of prints and stable detail quality.
Multi-nozzle system - ability to work with four heads
The OrangeStorm Giga can be expanded with three additional printheads , allowing for simultaneous operation with four nozzles . This allows for simultaneous printing of four identical models or color variations using different filaments. The standard 0.6mm nozzle can be swapped for optional 0.4mm, 0.8mm, or 1mm nozzles, allowing for customization to suit your project. The rated power is 1530W per printhead, with each additional printhead requiring an additional 100W.

Three additional print heads can optionally be added to the X-axis to enable printing with four nozzles simultaneously.
Automatic calibration and intelligent print control systems
The printer utilizes a 100-point automatic bed leveling system , which uses a non-contact sensor to measure a 10 x 10 grid across the entire build surface. This allows the device to precisely compensate for platform irregularities and ensure a perfect first layer of print. A built-in filament sensor detects missing or broken filament and automatically pauses printing, allowing it to be resumed. Power Loss Recovery allows printing to continue after a power outage, minimizing the risk of material loss. An integrated acceleration sensor and automatic PID calibration stabilize temperatures and reduce vibration.
Solid construction, ergonomics and comfort of use
The integrated body, made of high-quality materials, ensures durability and stability during operation. Cables are routed through guides that protect the installation from mechanical damage and dirt. A detachable, portable 10.1" HD touchscreen allows for convenient control and viewing of models, while adjustable X/Y belt tension knobs allow for precise tuning of the mechanics. The metal spool holder supports filament weighing up to 5 kg , making the device ideal for long, high-volume prints.
