Product description: NeoDriver - driver for NeoPixel - Stemma QT - Adafruit 5766
The NeoDriver board from Adafruit was created to effectively solve problems related to precise pixel timing in NeoPixel . By sending data to NeoPixel via the I2C interface , any problems related to pixel synchronization are eliminated. The board is equipped with a sufficient amount of RAM, allowing the buffering of up to 512 pixels . Although writing each pixel via I2C is not instantaneous, using an I2C clock with a frequency of 800 kHz or 1 MHz and writing the entire strip at the same time, we obtain satisfactory results. The NeoDriver board provides an effective solution for precise control of RGB NeoPixel lighting. NeoPixel LEDs are an extremely simple method of adding addressable RGB lighting, requiring only a single GPIO port . They are commonly used in microcontrollers , allowing the creation of creative lighting effects.
Attention! Approximately 10-30m of pure 5V DC power will be required per pixel to power the NeoPixels. An external power source is required.
