Product description: 3D printer - Prusa Pro HT90
Prusa Pro HT90 is an industrial delta 3D printer designed to work reliably with technical filaments , including PEI (Ultem), PEEK, and PCCF. It offers a Ø300 x 400 mm build volume and two interchangeable heads - High-Flow for fast printing and High-Temp with a range of up to 500°C . With a heating bed up to 155°C and a chamber heated to 90°C, it ensures excellent layer adhesion and eliminates warping issues. The innovative cooling system and HEPA filter ensure high quality and safety of work. Automated calibration and a touchscreen interface make it convenient even for less experienced users. HT90 allows you to print both offline and remotely via Prusa Connect - with camera preview and web control.
Large work area and precise printing
The HT90 offers a cylindrical work area of 300 mm in diameter and 400 mm in height , which allows you to create large, precise models without having to divide them into segments. Delta kinematics combined with a lightweight head and Direct Drive drive allow you to achieve print speeds of up to 250 mm/s and acceleration of 20,000 mm/s² . The layer height range from 0.05 mm to 0.3 mm allows you to flexibly adjust settings to a specific task - from technical details to rapid prototypes. The rigid frame structure and high-quality mechanical components have a direct impact on the repeatability and reliability of prints. The device works well both in individual production and in the serial production of functional components.
High temperature head and versatile material handling
Prusa Pro HT90 is equipped with two interchangeable print heads - High-Flow and High-Temp - magnetically attached and compatible with Revo nozzles with a diameter of 0.25 mm to 0.8 mm . The High-Temp head reaches temperatures of up to 500°C , allowing printing from the most advanced materials, such as PEI (Ultem), PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, PSU or PES. The High-Flow head, thanks to its fast heating and low weight, is great for printing from PLA, ASA, PETG or FLEX. The combination of a heating table with a temperature of up to 155°C and a closed chamber heated to 90°C provides ideal conditions for materials requiring high thermal stability. This solution eliminates problems with delamination, warping and adhesion of the first layers.

Closed air circulation with HEPA and carbon filter effectively removes microparticles and protects the user and the printer's electronic components.
Intelligent cooling and active filtration
The cooling system used in the HT90 is based on a servo-controlled flap that redirects the airflow exactly where it is needed in real time. Thanks to this, even complex overhangs are printed precisely, without the need for massive supports or the risk of excessive cooling of the print. The air circulation inside the chamber is closed and constantly cleaned by a HEPA filter and a carbon filter . The automatic inlet flap additionally manages the temperature in the chamber, which is particularly useful when working with PLA , PETG and ASA filaments. All solutions have been designed to achieve maximum layer quality with full thermal control of the printing process.
Automatic calibration and easy operation
The printer uses three precise strain gauges to automatically determine the distance between the nozzle and the work surface, ensuring a perfectly level first layer on each plate. The calibration process is fully automated and does not require any user intervention. Thanks to this, the HT90 is ready to work almost immediately after switching on. Intuitive operation from the 7-inch touchscreen allows easy print management and access to all device functions. A clear interface and step-by-step guides shorten the implementation time even in environments with no previous experience with 3D printing .

The 7-inch touch screen and automated procedures make the entire printer operation process simple and intuitive.
Advanced data management and security
Prusa Pro HT90 allows you to print both locally and fully offline - with the ability to physically disconnect the WiFi module to keep your data confidential. The printer also offers support for remote management via the Prusa Connect system, which allows for control, supervision and configuration from anywhere. The integrated camera and the ability to connect an optional external USB camera allow for constant monitoring of the print status in real time. Such solutions meet the needs of companies from the industrial, defense and medical sectors, where information protection is as important as production quality. The HT90 combines flexibility and complete control of the printing process in one reliable system.
