How to replace PFA foil?

  1. Remove the tank: First, remove the empty resin tank from your 3D printer.
  2. Unscrew the screws : remove all the screws that secure the steel seals to the resin tank
  3. Remove old film : separate the steel frames and remove the used film
  4. Install new film : Place new PFA film between frames, making sure it is evenly distributed
  5. Fix the frames : screw the screws back on, avoiding excessive tension on the film
  6. Trim the edges : remove excess film, make sure the surface is clean and smooth

Remember to remove the protective film from both sides of the PFA foil immediately before installation.
