Made of durable PFA material, it offers twice the peel properties compared to traditional FEP film. It is characterized by resistance to high temperatures, chemicals and exceptional durability - it withstands up to 90,000 cycles , which extends its life by up to 50% compared to standard films. How to replace PFA foil?
- Remove the tank: First, remove the empty resin tank from your 3D printer.
- Unscrew the screws : remove all the screws that secure the steel seals to the resin tank
- Remove old film : separate the steel frames and remove the used film
- Install new film : Place new PFA film between frames, making sure it is evenly distributed
- Fix the frames : screw the screws back on, avoiding excessive tension on the film
- Trim the edges : remove excess film, make sure the surface is clean and smooth
Remember to remove the protective film from both sides of the PFA foil immediately before installation.
