Stages of foil replacement
- First, remove the empty resin tank from the 3D printer
- Then remove the 14 screws to remove the old FEP foil from the bottom of the resin vat
- Place a new FEP foil between the two steel frames
- The foil mounted between two steel frames should be screwed to the tank again with 14 screws
- The last step is to reinstall the ladle with the new foil in the 3D printer
- The FEP foil should not be cleaned with sharp tools. This could scratch its surface
