Its smooth, non-stick surface reduces the adhesion of cured layers, facilitating their proper detachment from the tank bottom. This helps reduce the risk of incomplete model separation and increases the reliability of the printing process. High UV transmittance of 95% ensures efficient resin exposure, which promotes accurate detail reproduction and smooth print surfaces. The film is resistant to chemicals and the elevated temperatures encountered during resin printing . According to the manufacturer, it can withstand up to 60,000 peel-off cycles , ensuring long-lasting and stable operation. The design also facilitates quick film replacement in the tank.
