Excellent tin for soldering thick cables and wires!
When it is necessary to make a soldered connection of wire ends or components on a PCB, it is indispensable to use soldering tin. LC60 tin with a wire diameter of 2.50 mm is an excellent binder for workshop work, such as tinning and connecting the ends of large cross-section wires, as well as for soldering components on PCBs in high-power circuits, e.g. audio amplifiers of class A, B and AB.
Soldering cables and wires
When soldering wires and electronic components, in order to obtain a reliable and stable connection, the soldering station should be set to an operating temperature of approximately 330°C. After mechanically immobilizing the wires and smearing them with soldering paste, a small amount of solder should be taken on the tip, the end of the wire should be heated from the bottom and after a while, the solder should be applied to the upper side of the wire. Properly made solder is mechanically durable and has a shiny surface.
