AtomS3R is a programmable IoT module based on ESP32-S3 that combines compact size with high performance. The device is equipped with a 0.85-inch color IPS display with a resolution of 128 x 128 px , which allows for the display of relevant information in real time. A programmable button placed below the screen allows for interaction with the user, making it ideal for control and monitoring applications. Built-in motion and geomagnetism sensors include a 6-axis accelerometer and gyroscope BMI270 and a 3-axis magnetometer BMM150 , which allows for accurate tracking of position and orientation. Thanks to the USB Type-C interface, the module can be easily powered and programmed. Compared to earlier versions, AtomS3R has an improved 3D antenna , which increases the stability and range of wireless communication.

Easy connection and versatile programming options
AtomS3R is designed for easy integration and wide compatibility. It supports Arduino IDE, UIFlow and MicroPython , making it an ideal choice for both beginners and advanced programmers. Programming is done via USB Type-C port , which provides fast code transfer and software updates. On the bottom of the module there are six GPIO pins (G5, G6, G7, G8, G38, G39), allowing you to connect additional components and extensions. Additionally, a 4-pin port with a 2 mm pitch allows for easy connection with other devices. To upload new firmware, just hold the Reset button for 2 seconds, until the green LED lights up - this is a sign that the device is ready to flash.

What is the difference between AtomS3R and AtomS3?
AtomS3R is a newer and more advanced version of the AtomS3 model , offering several key improvements. First of all, it has more memory , because in addition to 8 MB of Flash memory, 8 MB of PSRAM memory has also been added, which increases the ability to support more demanding applications. Another significant improvement is the set of sensors - AtomS3R uses the modern BMI270 (gyroscope and accelerometer) and BMM150 (magnetometer), which provide more accurate measurements than the older MPU6886 in AtomS3. We can not forget about the improved 3D antenna , which in AtomS3R provides better signal stability and a longer range compared to the standard antenna in AtomS3. Additionally, the new model supports infrared (IR) communication , which makes it more versatile in remote control applications.
