Resins for 3D printers - wide range of colors
In our shop's assortment there are the highest quality pouring resins used in three-dimensional printing technology. Thanks to them each user can create their own, multi-colour designs. We offer both black and blue, orange, yellow and other colors of light-curing resins, so that everyone will surely find a shade matching their project. When using this type of printers, it is worth knowing how the print is made.
- A 3D printing resin is poured into a special container, also called a container. The next step is to sink the work table, which in practice is one layer away from the material, specified by the user. The thickness of this layer can be e.g. 0.025 or 0.1 mm. The next step is to expose the resin, which undergoes photopolymerization, i.e. transformation from liquid into solid.
- The resin we offer for 3D printers requires a short exposure time, which in turn translates into a shorter time of the entire printout.
Printed elements are characterized by high resistance to weather conditions, as well as to UV radiation. In addition, the pouring resin available in this category guarantees vivid and saturated colours without any discolouration. We offer both transparent and translucent versions.
Resin for 3D printers - characteristics
Light-curing prints are distinguished by low water absorption and low shrinkage. 3D printers using DLP and LCD technology can be successfully used to create even very detailed figures and toys. Our offer includes resins that require wavelengths from 300 to 410 nm to harden. This range makes them safe to use with virtually any 3D printer whose base material is resin. What else is worth knowing about this technology?
- No matter how many prints are on the table, the time needed to produce them will always be the same. This is especially important if you need to print several items at once.
- Our offer includes high quality resins for pouring in packages of 0.5 kg. If there is still resin in the container after printing, then it should be poured back into the bottle.
It is worth remembering that 3D printing resin emits a slight odour, so all rooms where such printers are located must be very well ventilated.
What else should you know about 3D printing resins?
Due to the high printing resolution, light-curing technology is characterized by high repeatability. This is extremely important when a large number of the same elements need to be printed. It is worth remembering that finished models require final processing. You can use an ultrasonic cleaner or, for example, isopropyl alcohol.
