Laser cutting machines
Laser cutting machines are devices gaining similar popularity to 3D printers. Increasingly, electronics manufacturers produce equipment that combines both functions. This is because the work tool movement system (applying the filament or sending the laser beam) needed for both devices is the same. A laser cutter is a tool that can precisely and efficiently cut specific shapes and patterns. Such equipment is usually used in factories for industrial use, but increasingly it also finds its place in ordinary homes. Well-designed cutting machines are able to work on many types of materials - for example wood or metal.
What do we offer in this category?
Our offer includes, among others, high-quality desktop laser cutters that will be able to independently detect the type of material to be processed and then, based on this data, select the parameters of the laser beam. It is very important that when cutting, the device uses a beam that will also be able to burn fragments of the material, but the high temperature generated near the area being processed will not have a negative impact on the surface of the material. For example, using the same power of the light beam to cut metal and plastic will result in unsightly distortions of the plastic surface.
Desktop laser cutting machine
One of our products is a laser cutting machine that independently adjusts the parameters of the laser beam - power, speed and height. The product is called Makeblock Laserbox Pro and can cut and engrave materials such as paper, corrugated paper, wood, acrylic, canvas, denim, leather, base, plate, ABS, PET tiles, rubber, veneer, veneer, cork, sandpaper, food , fiberglass, plastic and many others. The device is equipped with a number of intelligent systems that operate, among others, thanks to a built-in high-quality camera. The cutter is able to independently recognize hand-drawn drawings and then cut them out or mark their contours. You can easily cut or engrave the shapes proposed by the device, or use your own files. The equipment informs about the current status of the task being performed, warns against possible overheating (protecting the equipment against self-damage), adjusts the speed of the fume absorber depending on the speed of their release, and if the cover is opened, the device immediately stops operation. The cutting machine also has a number of certificates proving a high level of safety. It is worth noting that the model is perfectly adapted to work with children - among other things, it comes with 15 specially prepared lessons that can be conducted at school or at home.
Cutting machine with 3D printer
The tool movement system used in 3D printers (in all directions on the plane and up and down) can also be used to operate a laser cutter. That is why it often happens that manufacturers of such devices combine the properties of both tools in one device. An excellent example is the Dobot Mooz 2 Plus 3D printer - a tool enabling 3D printing, a precision CNC tool module and a 1.6 W laser engraver module can be alternately mounted to the metal structure.
