By definition, antenna is a device that converts electromagnetic waves into electrical signals. The basic criterion when choosing such a device should be the frequency at which the antenna operates. The GPS signal operates at 1575.42 MHz and 1227.6 MHz. Currently, the GSM signal used most often uses the 900 MHz and 1800 MHz frequencies. The Wi-Fi signal works in the band 2400 to 2485 MHz or 4915 to 5825 MHz.
