In the version with five independent heads , it allows you to print from different materials in one process. Nextruder with a strain gauge sensor allows you to get an excellent first layer of prints, and the modular heating table with 16 independently controlled segments minimizes the risk of thermal deformation. Thanks to Phase Stepping technology, the printer works exceptionally quietly, even at high speed. The Input Shaper and Pressure Advance functions guarantee fast and accurate printing. The printer supports a wide range of filaments , including PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, Flex, PVA and other technical materials, making it an ideal solution for both professionals and 3D printing enthusiasts. The official Original Prusa XL Enclosure effectively protects the printing process from external factors - it eliminates drafts, stabilizes the temperature and supports printing with materials with high temperature requirements, such as ASA , ABS or PC. The integrated HEPA filtration system with 99.9% efficiency neutralizes odors and ultra-fine particles, ensuring user comfort and safety. The foldable front in the form of an accordion cover facilitates access to the workspace and supports optimal ventilation, especially when printing with sensitive materials such as PLA. The design also acts as acoustic insulation , reducing the noise level during operation . The whole thing has been designed specifically for full compatibility with the XL series.
Waste-free multi-material printing
Original Prusa XL was designed for efficient multi-material printing without waste of raw material. The system of independent tool heads eliminates the need for a cleaning tower, which significantly reduces filament consumption . The innovative Spool Join function automatically changes the spool when the previous one is exhausted , allowing you to create large models weighing up to 10 kg. Support for a wide range of materials - from PLA and PETG, through Flex and PCCF, to PVA - opens up new possibilities in designing complex structures joined from different materials.

Large work area and segmented heating table
The large workspace of 360 x 360 x 360 mm allows for the production of large models without the need to divide them into parts. The modular heating table consisting of 16 individually controlled segments ensures even heating, which significantly reduces the risk of deformation. The built-in Input Shaper and Pressure Advance functions allow for achieving excellent quality of details with significantly reduced printing time. Accuracy of up to 0.2 mm allows for the creation of perfectly matched components. In combination with refined printing profiles, the final effects are equal to professional industrial solutions.
Quiet and reliable operation even under heavy loads
Phase Stepping technology is responsible for exceptionally quiet operation, even during intensive printing. The Power Panic function automatically saves the head position in the event of a power loss , allowing you to resume printing without losing material or time. Nextruder with a tensometric contact sensor and automated calibration ensure that every first layer is perfectly laid. Compatibility with a wide range of filaments, including Flex, PCCF, ASA or PVA, makes Prusa XL a universal tool for advanced applications.

WiFi connectivity and remote control via Prusa Connect
The Original Prusa XL printer allows convenient management both locally and remotely thanks to the support of WiFi and LAN networks. G-code files can be sent directly via a web browser, and monitoring the printing process is possible using an optional camera. The user interface is based on a 3.5-inch touchscreen with an additional knob , which ensures convenient and intuitive operation. The printer offers full functionality also in offline mode - without the need for an Internet connection, while ensuring privacy and data security.
