ThePAJ7620U2 from M5Stack is a non-contact sensor for recognizing up to 9 types of different gestures. It uses the I2C bus to communicate with the development module. The effective gesture recognition distance is between 5 cm and 15 cm, and the gesture recognition frequency is between 120 Hz and 240 Hz. The gesture recognition sensor is used in interactive applications, where it is possible to control a robot according to the movement of a hand, in touchless remote controls, in widely understood human-computer interaction, scenarios involving control of lighting by gestures, and many others.
The PAJ7620U2 gesture recognition sensor is a Unit extension module for M5Stack development modules.
