Pinouts of the display module

The module is equipped with an EYESPI connector, allowing connection to other devices via a dedicated 18-pin FPC tape with a pitch of 0.5 mm. The user can also use 11 pins to which, for example, a goldpin strip with a pitch of 2.54 mm can be soldered. The available outputs include:

  • V+ / VIN - power supply to the module from 3 V to 5 V
  • 3V / 3Vo - output from the built-in 3.3 V regulator, efficiency 100 mA
  • G / GND - common ground of the system
  • CS/SCK - clock pin of the SPI interface
  • SI / MOSI - SPI interface pin, used to receive data from the microcontroller
  • SO / MISO - SPI interface pin, used to transfer data from the SD card
  • TC /TFTCS - Chip Select pin of the TFT display
  • RT / RST - TFT display reset
  • DC - choice between sending data and commands via the SPI interface
  • CC/SDCD - Chip Select pin of the micro SD card
  • BL / Lite - PWM input to control the display backlight

To prevent the backlight from peeling off, use a layer of glass or plastic to lightly press against the display.
