22 watt laser
The system of four 6-watt lenses ensures high precision of cutting and engraving with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. Such a powerful laser allows you to work with a wide range of materials. The cutter can cut 15mm plywood, 10mm acrylic and 0.05mm stainless steel in just one pass. CR-Laser Falcon 2 enables color engraving using steel, which can take on different colors when heated.
Increased efficiency
The CR-Laser Falcon 2 can cut and engrave at speeds up to 25,000 mm/min, twice as fast as the previous model. So you can do more with less time . This speed also enables serial work.
Air assist system
The new integrated airflow adjustment system allows the user to manually adjust the amount of air blast with a dial or automatically using the LightBurn software. Airflow control during laser operation ensures smoother, more precise edges without excessive burn . Air Assist blows dust and smoke that accumulates during cutting or engraving to protect the laser lens.
Triple monitoring system
The plotter has been equipped with a system that ensures safe and precise operation of the device. Built-in sensors track the degree of airflow, the condition of the laser lens, and also warn in the event of a flame in the working area. The device informs the user about errors by means of diodes built into the head and an audible alarm.
