The TS2-20W utilizes an advanced 20W (4 x 5W) diode laser module , delivering high performance for engraving and cutting a variety of materials. With an incredibly small laser spot measuring 0.18 x 0.21mm , the plotter offers exceptional precision, enabling highly detailed and realistic engravings. Its powerful, focused energy allows it to cut wood up to 20mm thick, black acrylic up to 12mm thick, MDF up to 10mm thick, and plastic up to 6mm thick , even in a single pass. Automatic focusing eliminates the need for manual calibration , significantly increasing ease of use and reducing project preparation time.
Modular design with expandability
The TS2-20W was designed with easy expansion and maximum customization in mind. The device features a modular design, with 60% of its components pre-assembled , significantly simplifying the installation process. The basic work area is 410 x 410 mm , but with an optional expansion kit, you can increase the Y-axis work area up to 410 x 900 mm—without having to purchase a new device. Additionally, the plotter supports 360° cylindrical processing using a rotary attachment (available separately) , enabling engraving on bottles, glasses, and pipes. The design is also equipped with a display connector, allowing DIY enthusiasts to further customize and experiment.
