HighPi Pro 5S is an advanced case dedicated to Raspberry Pi 5 , combining modern look with exceptional functionality. Designed to fully utilize the capabilities of the new version of the board, it offers compatibility with the official active Raspberry Pi cooling system and provides visibility and access to the power button and status LED. The case is made of durable ABS plastic and offers a very large internal space - this allows convenient installation of various types of HATs , such as PoE, NVMe or UPS. Thanks to the tool-free design, assembly and disassembly are quick and intuitive, and all elements are firmly held in place. Additionally, it is equipped with a removable microSD card cover - protected from the inside and stored under the cover.

What will fit inside the case?
The interior of the HighPi Pro 5S case has been designed to be compatible with the Raspberry Pi Active Cooler , which is the central element of the design. In addition to the board and the cooler, additional covers can be mounted inside , such as a PoE power HAT, NVMe cover or UPS - provided that their height does not exceed 14.5 mm above the fan (using 16 mm spacers). In the case of abandoning active cooling, the case allows for the installation of larger radiators or alternative cooling systems and HATs up to 30.5 mm high above the Raspberry Pi 5 board , as long as they do not require access to the I/O connectors.
The set includes 4 self-adhesive rubber feet.
Housing assembly instructions
Assembly of the housing is intuitive and quick - without the need for screws or tools.
1. Install Active Cooler, RTC and other HATs on Raspberry Pi 5
2. Insert the Pi module with the USB Type-C and microHDMI ports into the front of the case
3. Press the back of the board into the latch inside the case
4. Place the cover: right side first, then press the left side
Done! To remove the cover, gently press the tab under the vents, then lift the cover. The Raspberry Pi 5 can be removed by pulling the latch located under the corner of the board.
