Expansion Interfaces and Compatibility with M5Stack Modules
The M5Stack StopWatch Dev Kit offers extensive expansion options thanks to the HY2.0-4P (Grove) connector and 2.54mm rear expansion buses. This allows for the connection of environmental sensors, communication modules, displays, servos, and other accessories available in the M5Stack ecosystem . GPIO lines leading to the expansion bus are available onboard, as well as I2C, UART , and power interfaces. The design is compatible with many Grove modules and M5Stack accessories. This allows you to quickly build complex IoT systems, measurement devices, or HMIs without having to design your own electronics. An additional advantage is the magnetic mounting system on the rear of the housing and a lanyard attachment hole , which facilitates integration with portable projects and wearable devices.
